Theater at Ovid Elsie encourages our students to imagine, create, act and discover their potential as artists. Participation in theater requires discipline, pride and respect for others and provides students with many opportunities for growth as performers, technicians and lifelong learners.

Ovid Elsie Middle School/High School continues to grow in choral music/musical theater and dramatic productions. One of our greatest challenges, however, is meeting the financial needs for Theater at the middle school and high school level. We invite you to become a member of the Ovid Elsie Theater and Choir Department’s Supporting Cast. 

Sponsorships help generate much-needed revenue for the department and will be used for production expenses, materials, publicity and student needs.  Ticket and concession sales cover only a small percentage of our annual operating budget, and we depend on fundraising, donations and sponsorships to make up the difference. 

Please consider helping us continue to provide invaluable educational experiences for our students and quality entertainment for our community.  Become a supporting cast member in numerous ways:

Golden Ticket - $250 per year - Free family pass to all O-E Drama and Choir events. Your name will be listed in all our Drama and Choir programs for any production O-E puts on that year. Private room with free drinks and snacks before the show and during intermission.

Silver Sponsor - $200 per year - Two (2) free tickets to all O-E Drama and Choir events. Your name will be listed in all our Drama and Choir programs for any production O-E puts on for that year.  Private room with free drinks and snacks before the show and during intermission.

Bronze Backer - $100 per year - One (1) free ticket to all O-E Drama and Choir events. Your name will be listed in all our Drama and Choir programs for any production OE puts on for that year. One (1) free drink and snack (per show) at intermission.

Supporting Cast sponsor - $50-$99 per year - Your name will be listed in all our Drama and Choir programs for any production that OE puts on for that year. 

If you cannot support us financially - don’t worry –  your time is just as needed.  There are a variety of partnership opportunities available for you to show your support. (concessions, ticket-taking and ushering, sewing, building props and sets, organizing, helping students get ready for the show, etc.) Whatever you like to do - we can definitely use your help!
